“City Hotel Storch appeals to those seeking an affordable base near Cologne's cultural highlights and business district, with the subway station nearby providing quick access to the main station. A simple, good-enough breakfast meets basic needs, and restaurants located nearby add convenience. While upper-floor rooms may present a climb, the hotel offers a practical option for visitors on a budget.”
